An Army Captain from Clarksville was deployed when a pipe burst under his home, leading to severe mold contamination in the lower level—so severe that contractors refused to enter the home. A friend who was still stateside found Claro online and called us desperate for help. We took a test and the initial air quality samples were some of the highest we’ve ever seen at 570,000 spores per cubic meter as you can see below so we booked a treatment ASAP.
After treatment, we tested again and the sample came back at 1,500 spores/m³, well within the outdoor levels in that area at that time of year.
After seeing the results, the contractors were comfortable entering the property to complete all the work needed to bring it back to normal.
When the captain returned home from his tour, he made a special trip to shake our hands in gratitude. This is one of our favorite stories of the past few years.
